Adrian is a new-age strategic marketing & promotions specialist. As a person who thrives on a challenge, Adrian has proven himself to grow businesses to their fullest potential in each role he has filled.
Equipped with qualifications in both Marketing and Business from the University of Queensland, Adrian was quick to start on a career developing marketing strategies for Brisbane venues and events, including the likes of Sneaky Sound System. He was also a key player in the early launch phase of Nova 106.9 where he actively drove local promotions and managed the stations on-street presence.
With his love for a challenge Adrian was soon to find himself as Group Marketing & Promotions Manager of the Katarzyna Group. A multi-million dollar business with venues including Cloudland, Family, Empire, Birdie Num Num, Bunk Backpackers and the Press Club. Under his direction, the company’s marketing & promotional efforts grew, allowing the group to branch into other successful revenue streams including Family Loves Magazine and Stereosonic Festival.
Adrian has been heavily involved in marketing and promoting some of the biggest Australian music festivals in Queensland including Good Vibrations, Summafieldayze, Future Music Festival, Stereosonic, and Tiesto’s Kaleidoscope tour.
Adrian cemented himself as an industry leader when he was invited to be a panelist at the Big Sound Music Conference. He is a member of AIMIA Queensland and is currently an industry partner and guest lecturer for QUT Creative Industries’ new Entertainment program - the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
His undeniable focus on achieving desired results and his knowledge and experience delivering integrated marketing plans is key to his success.
