Bailey Nelson engaged The Arcade Creative earlier in the year to run a small campaign in their James Street store, as part of the James Street Food and Wine Trail. Following a successful activation, The Arcade Creative was re-engaged to roll out a Brisbane launch campaign for the brand, celebrating the opening of stores in Indooroopilly, James Street and soon to open Edward Street store in the city.
Deliverables included concept development, social media campaign and competition, database acquisition, event management, creative, sponsorship and post production including photography and a video.
The campaign proved to be a huge success both pre and post the launch party with direct sales increases, engagement on social media and also database numbers.
The launch party was held in store at James Street and also across the James Lane forecourt directly in front of the store. It included two pop up bars by sponsors, Asahi and Brown Forman (El Jimador and Woodford Reserve) and Gerard’s Bar were engaged to cater the event with their award winning charcuterie. The concept brought the history of the brand which started at Bondi on a ‘road trip’ to Brisbane for a relaxed, summer cocktail party.
