The Shafston Hotel engaged The Arcade Creative to partner in producing a Brisbane focused outdoor festival concept that would attract new customers to the pub and further position it as being a cracking pub for locals and visitors alike.
The result was the creation of the first ever Bites & Brews Laneway Party; a culmination and celebration of the best craft brews, gourmet bites and local bands that the sunny South East has to offer.
Starting at midday on Saturday 28th February and kicking-on well on into the night, The Shafston Hotel and its surrounding lanes were transformed into a free outdoor boutique foodie festival, boasting deliciously cold craft beers, cider, wine and cocktails, as well as some of Brisbane’s finest gourmet food trucks.
With a stellar line-up of diverse, live music talents to add to the vibe, the campaign was an overwhelming success with over 5000 incremental customers attending the event.
Delivery of services included overall concept development, branding and creative, full programming and entertainment bookings, management of all supplier logistics, production and event theming/signage and management plus all marketing, promotions, PR, advertising, social media management and post production.
